2. Products, Orders & Availability

  1. All products shown on the website (e.g. ghee: A2 Gir Cow Ghee, A2 Desi Cow Ghee, Buffalo Ghee etc.) are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion. (Based on current offerings on the site.) Vatavaran

  2. We try to ensure that product descriptions (including weight, volume, ingredients, images, nutritional info) are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the display (e.g. color, packaging) will exactly match what you receive.

  3. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR), and all payments must be made in INR unless otherwise specified. Prices are liable to change without prior notice.

  4. Special offers, discounts, or sales may have conditions (like limited duration, minimum purchase, or limited stock) and may be withdrawn at any time.

3. Payment & Billing

  1. When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees.

  2. We accept payment methods as listed on the website. By submitting payment, you represent that the payment method is yours or you are authorized to use it.

  3. If payment is not successfully completed, we may cancel your order.

  4. Any billing or pricing errors will be corrected as soon as discovered. We retain the right to cancel or refuse orders affected by such errors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Shipping and delivery terms (including delivery time estimates, costs, geographical reach) will be as specified in our Shipping Policy.

  2. Risk of loss or damage of products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Once items leave our facility, we are not responsible for delays or damages in transit, unless explicitly covered.

  3. If you find the delivered product damaged or missing, notify us promptly (as per our Refund or Contact policies) so we may help you remedy the issue.

5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  1. Our Refund and Return Policy governs returns, refunds, and exchanges. We try to ensure customer satisfaction, but certain products (e.g. perishable, sealed, or opened food items) may not be eligible for return or refund.

  2. Products must be returned in original condition, with all packaging, seals, and labels intact unless the item was received defective or damaged.

  3. Refunds (if approved) will be made via the original payment method, less any shipping or handling charges if applicable. Timing of refunds depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses
